Can you deliver to anywhere in the UK?

Yes. We use private and trusted specialist furniture delivery company that delivers across the UK.

How about International Delivery?

We are currently not delivering outside the UK, but we are working extremely hard to make sure we will be delivering worldwide soon.

How much is delivery?

Our delivery prices vary depending on your location and volume of goods ordered. For an accurate price on delivery please enter delivery postcode once you enter your basket, this may vary on quantity of products and location .

Do you deliver on Saturdays?

We do not usually deliver on Saturdays, however if you require a Saturday delivery please contact team@tiffininteriors.co.uk to see if anything can be arranged.

How do I place an order?

You can either place your order online or over the phone, the choice is yours!

What happens once I have placed my order?

You will receive a receipt immediately via email to confirm that we have your payment and processing your order through our office. You will then receive another email once your order has been dispatched with the courier information and tracking number provided. If you have ordered a large item, we maybe in contact with you to arrange a suitable delivery date before it is dispatched. You must confirm and ensure you are available to accept your delivery. Re-delivery will incur further charges.

How long will delivery take?

We aim to get your order dispatched within 6-12 working days. (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays)

Can I collect my goods from your HQ?

Although our Head Office is based in Uxbridge, we do not operate our stock there. Our stock is stored in our sorting office based in Beaconsfield. If you would like to collect from our Beaconsfield sorting office, please select the ‘collection’ as opposed to the delivery option when placing your secure order online you will be notified by our friendly customer services team once your items are in our office and ready for collection.  Please do not attempt to collect your items before you have been notified. Our sorting office is open for collections by appointment only. To help us to ensure that your furniture is passed onto you and not anybody else please remember to bring ID such as your Passport, Driving Licence, Credit or Debit Card.

Will the furniture arrive fully assembled?

Most of our furniture will come assembled unless stated. Please feel free to email team@tiffininteriors.co.uk with any questions or concerns. We are here to help!

What happens if when we arrive my furniture won’t fit up the stairs?

It is your responsibility to ensure that the furniture you have ordered will fit into your home and that our delivery van can get close enough to your property to make delivery. Points to look out for include twisty passages, low doorways and dog leg stairs.

Upon taking delivery, I notice my item is damaged – What do I do?

This is extremely rare as we quality control all of our furniture and accessories prior to delivery. We are able to take items away on the point of delivery thereby avoiding any inconvenience and therefore we strongly encourage customers to check their item(s) carefully at the time of delivery and inform us immediately of any defects.  We will then endeavour to replace the item(s) as quickly as possible!

What is your returns policy?

You can return any goods to us within 14 days of receipt and we will refund you the full value of your items.  Goods need to be returned undamaged and in their original packaging. Please do refer to our Delivery & Return Policy page. At Tiffin Interiors we are committed to providing excellent service so please do contact us with any questions or queries you might have before you place your order. We will do our best to help so that you won’t ever feel the need to return anything.

How can I pay?

We accept most major debit and credit cards as well and bank transfers.
